VERY ANGRY!! Grrrrrrr!! The reason for my rage? It's all down to a certain company that sells computer games. Most people in the UK would know them as 'GAME Stores Group' but I like to refer to them as the 'Stupid Piece Of Crap Company That Loves To Screw You Over At Any And Every Opportunity Group'. Here's what happened. The new FFXI expansion pack 'Wings of the Goddess' was due for released today, 22nd November. I had pre-ordered it from Play.com since the beginning of this month. I had received the previous expansion late so I didn't want to repeat the same mistake again with this one. Last week, whilst browsing the forums, I noticed that someone had said GAME were selling the expansion for cheaper than Play.com. I went to check it out and indeed they were. It even said that they'd dispatch it to arrive in time for the release date. I cancelled my order with Play.com and pre-ordered it from GAME instead. Everything was going well. With one day before release they began to process my order at 9AM. Debit card was authorised and it was sent for packing at 10AM. Then... nothing. Absolutely sod all happened for the rest of that day. They could have easily packed it up and sent it by 5PM that day. At least if they weren't such incompetent morons that is. The expansion content went live at 3AM this morning and I have not been able to play it.
I received an e-mail this morning informing me that they'd now despatched my game to me. FAT LOT OF GODDAMN USE DISPATCHING IT NOW ISN'T IT, YOU BASTARDS! I've had to sit here for a whole day while everyone is enjoying the new content. All thanks to the gits at GAME who sat on their arses, picking their piece of crap noses instead of despatching my game. A game I'd PRE-ORDERED several days prior to release. What the hell was the point of me doing that if you're not going to send the facking thing?! "Dispatched in time for deliver on day on release"? That's the biggest crock of stinking bullcrap I've ever heard. Gah!! This is the final straw. I've been screwed over by GAME so many times in the past. I'm never trusting those stupid arseholes ever again. They can all go commit mass suicide for all I care. SCREW THE LOT OF YOU!! No wait, scratch that. Screw the lot of you to hell!!
